Higher education. From 2010 to 2017, he studied at I. Arabaev Kyrgyz State University in Bishkek, specializing in Taxation.

- 2014–2017 — Deputy Director for Economic Affairs at the A. Moldobolotov ZhDPB;
- 2018–2024 — Director of Kok-Suu LLC;
- 2021–2024 — Member of the Chon-Alai Village Council;
- since 2025 — Head of the Kashka-Suu Village Administration.
Aigul Turgunovna Kudaibergenova

Education:
Higher education. In 2002, she graduated from a higher education institution with a degree in Kyrgyz Language and Literature. During her studies, she also completed advanced studies in journalism.
Professional Experience:
- From August 15, 1997 — Head of Arts and Cultural Activities at Kashka-Suu Secondary School;
- From December 15, 1999 — Teacher of Kyrgyz Language and Literature at Kashka-Suu Secondary School;
- From May 8, 2018 — Executive Secretary of the Kashka-Suu Municipal Administration;
- From March 20, 2024 to March 11, 2026 — Deputy Head and Executive Secretary;
- From March 11, 2026 to the present — Deputy Head of the Municipal Administration.
