To graduates of general education institutions in Kashka-Suu, their parents and teachers!

To ensure public safety during the “Last Bell” ceremony, protect the lives and health of students, and prevent violations of the law, please be reminded that the following activities are not permitted:

• collecting money from graduates or parents for any purpose;
• organising expensive celebrations, leisure activities or entertainment events;
• organising vehicle convoys that may endanger road safety;
• disturbing public order;
• taking any action that may threaten the lives, health or safety of students.

The “Last Bell” celebration must be held in a simple, respectful, orderly and safe manner.

We call on all parents, graduates, school administrators and teachers to comply with the established requirements and approach the event responsibly.
