In accordance with the instruction issued by A.B. Kenzhebaev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic in Osh Region, during the operational staff meeting held on July 7, 2026, an interagency commission has been established in Chon-Alai District.

The commission was also established to ensure the effective and timely implementation of the action plan approved following the meeting of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic with residents of Chon-Alai District on April 13, 2026.

The interagency commission was established by Order No. 067 dated July 9, 2026, issued by M.T. Shamyrkanov, Head of the Chon-Alai District State Administration—Akim.

The commission’s main task is to ensure the timely, comprehensive and high-quality review of citizens’ written and oral appeals and to facilitate the resolution of the issues raised in accordance with the law.

Under the approved action plan, all work related to citizens’ appeals is expected to be fully completed by the end of July 2026.
